Casa Rocca Piccola provides a unique insight into the customs and traditions of the Maltese nobility over the last 400 years with historical items on display in a private home. The collection of furniture, silver and paintings that add to the aesthetic riches of the Islands are all displayed within the some 50 rooms. Over the last few years a Museum of Costumes has been opened and the World War II Air Raid Shelters have provided a dramatic and exciting addition to the tours of the house. This has all been made possible from the contributions that come in from the thousands of tourists who come to Malta and Valletta every year. After following an extensive restoration programme, a further four stately rooms have now been added to the guided tours, which take place on the hour.
